Ultra-Pure Water Purification for Precise PCR Application PROMED The DL-P system produces ultra-pure water for a range of applications including preparing microbiological growth media, buffer solutions, water-sensitive experiments, and chemical and biochemical reagent synthesis. It also supplies laboratory equipment, such as high-pressure autoclaves, cleaning machines, automatic biochemistry analyzers, immunoassay analyzers, constant temperature and humidity chambers, salt spray test chambers, aging machines, and humidifiers.With the ability to provide both pure and ultra-pure water directly from a tap water source, this integrated system features two water outlets and can be operated with a simple, one-touch interface. Its user-friendly design includes a dual-channel online monitoring system that constantly tracks water quality and temperature, and an electrical conductivity meter with a sensitive temperature compensation function and a resistance cell constant of 0.01 cm^-1.The system's main column is made of food-grade PP material, molded in one piece without the use of adhesives, ensuring no impurities leach out. The pure water pipelines and joints have been certified by NSF, and the system features a high-quality Japanese cold-cathode ultraviolet sterilization lamp that is not affected by frequent switching and an alloy electrode with a filament-free structure for superior shock resistance.Imported from Dow Chemical in the USA, the RO membrane ensures the production of high-quality water while also prolonging its lifespan. The system is designed with safety in mind and runs on low-voltage 24 DC power, meeting safety regulations. Its ABS engineering plastic casing and water-electricity separation structure are suitable for use in humid environments, while its cleaning, circulation, and low-pressure warning protection mechanisms ensure safe operation.
